Privacy policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
The short version. This site collects nothing. No cookies, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no contact form, no newsletter, no third-party scripts. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller for any processing described below is:
Vosmíkových 930/12, Libeň
180 00 Praha 8
Czech Republic
Company no. (IČO): 19691289 · VAT no.: CZ19691289
Email: info@vectaris.online
Given the volume and nature of the processing — essentially none — we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Privacy enquiries go to the address above.
2. What we do not collect
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- No
localStorage, sessionStorageor IndexedDB. - No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted equivalent.
- No advertising or conversion pixels, no retargeting tags, no social plugins.
- No device fingerprinting, canvas probing or similar identification techniques.
- No contact form, no comment system, no account, no newsletter sign-up.
- No requests to any third-party server: no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images. Every file the page loads comes from vectaris.online.
Because nothing is read from or written to your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for, the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive — implemented in the Czech Republic by Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications — is not engaged, and no consent banner is shown. See the cookie policy for how to verify this yourself.
3. Server logs
Our web server keeps a standard access log, as essentially every web server does. Each entry contains your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the referring URL if your browser sends one, and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Purpose: keeping the site available, diagnosing faults, and detecting abuse such as scraping or attempted intrusion.
- Legal basis: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our interest in operating a secure, working website. We have weighed this against your interests and consider the impact minimal given the short retention and the absence of any profiling.
- Retention: log files are rotated and deleted within 30 days unless a specific entry is being retained for the investigation of an incident.
- Not used for: analytics, audience measurement, profiling, or any form of marketing. Logs are never combined with other data and never sold.
4. Email you send us
If you write to info@vectaris.online we hold your message, your address and anything you put in it, for as long as needed to deal with the matter and then for up to 12 months as a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — replying to someone who contacted us — or, where your message is a step towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b). Email is handled by our email provider acting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
5. Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one
Buttons labelled “Partner link” pass through a redirect page on this
domain (/c/1/) and then on to the advertiser’s affiliate network. We do not set
an identifier on you, and we do not receive from the network any information that identifies you
individually; we receive aggregate commission reports.
Once you leave this site, this policy stops applying. The advertiser and its
affiliate network are independent controllers with their own privacy policies and will typically set
their own cookies to attribute the referral. If you follow a partner link, read the privacy notice
on the page you land on. Your referrer is sent as
strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which means the destination learns that you came from
https://vectaris.online and not which page you were reading.
If a campaign parameter such as gclid or a utm_ tag is present in the
address of the page you arrived on, our redirect copies it into the outgoing link so the advertiser
can attribute the visit. That value comes from the URL you arrived with; nothing is stored on your
device and nothing is recorded by us beyond the ordinary server log entry described in section 3.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The only parties that handle anything are our hosting provider and our email provider, both acting as processors on our instructions within the European Economic Area. We make no transfers of personal data outside the EEA. Following an outbound partner link may take you to a service operated outside the EEA, but that is your own request to a third party, not a transfer by us.
7. Automated decision-making
There is none. We do not profile visitors and we take no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Children
This site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly process any data relating to children, and in practice we process almost nothing about anyone.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time; in practice we rely on no consents. Send any request to info@vectaris.online. We reply within one month, as Article 12(3) requires, and we charge nothing.
In honesty: for a visitor who has only read pages, the only thing we could possibly hold is a log line containing your IP address. To act on an access or erasure request we would need the approximate date, time and IP address — without them we cannot find the entry, and we will not ask you for more identifying information in order to look.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may complain to the Czech supervisory authority:
Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic
uoou.cz
You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where you live or work.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here. Current version: 5 October 2026.
